Summary: | Structural and electrical properties of a solid solution (SS) of Li0,125Na0,875NbO3 are studied. Synthesis of the solid solution of Li0,125Na0,875NbO3 under high pressure achieves more highly ordered structure. This increases the dielectric constant and ionic conductivity while decreasing the activation enthalpy of ion transport compared with the solid solution of Li0,125Na0,875NbO3 obtained by the usual ceramic technology. |
