Summary: | Analyzing the impacts of the Bolsa Família Program (BFP) is necessary to understand how public policies have an effective relationship with the environment. This research aimed to analyze the impacts of BFP, in the area of education and female empowerment of beneficiary families in Pinhalão-PR. Methodologically, this article was conducted per bibliographical research, in websites and government agencies and through interviews. It is possible to notice the first steps of empowerment in beneficiaries, when it comes to financial autonomy, from the right transfer of income. Although it is linked to education, it was not possible to notice its impact on education, except when it comes to compulsory attendance.
