The research was based on analysis of interviews of candidates for job openings, in the intermediary agencies and maritimes companies, and of the professionals working in the area, about the job market in question, the selection processes, training, hiring procedures, skills and competencies in the qualification of these professionals. The result allows us to understand the reasons for which people adapt and qualify to track changes in this labor market and opportunities for personal and professional growth.http://www.redalyc.org/articulo.oa?id=88146706011 |
