Nevertheless, productivity of the government has not been in a good condition during past few years.Due to this matter and challenges in productivity of government, the author tries to investigate it and explain productivity in a new conceptual framework of government and analysing its situation in Iranian state, in addition. The technique which has been used in this study is documentary and the author by the help of secondary analysis of the findings, tries to draw and analyse the current productivity situation in Iranian government, as well as suggesting solutions.
