These crimes enshrined in Chapter XVI-XVIII of “Special part” of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Poland.</p><p>Depending on the content of these crimes, the author determines social values and types of damage caused, which have to be considered in the systematization of crimes. In addition, the article identifies the following groups of crimes stipulated in “Special part” of the Criminal Code: crimes against peace, humanity and rules of war, that have been established by the international law (Section XVI); Crimes against State Security of the Republic of Poland (Section XVII); crimes against the defense of Poland (Chapter XVIII). The analysis of the content of “Special part” allowed the author to identify reasons of systematization of these crimes. These reasons are appropriate generic objects and character of the acts exerted by the guilty person. The combination of these reasons creates different versions consolidation of the essential characteristics of the respective types of crimes.</p>The author concludes that the relevant social values should be defined as peace, humanity, rules of war, that have been established by the international law, constitutional order, national security and defense of Poland.http://we.clmconsulting.pl/index.php/we/article/view/177карнийзлочинкодексвідповідальністьправопольща
