Summary:<p><span>In this work it is analyzed the impact of <br /> </span>the fourth industrial revolution, especially the automation of the production process on labor relations, especially on the amortization of jobs. For this, it is made an introduction about the concept of robotics and robots. After that, it is analyzed the impact of Industry 4.0 on jobs and the future of employability. Next, it is studied the relationship between automation and the amortization of jobs by the objective dismissal for economic, technical, objective or production reasons, analyzing the positioning of the judicial doctrine in this regard.</p>
