Summary:Consideration ofsystem of intraorganizational relations leads to necessity of allocation ofenterprisestyle of behavior. For an impersonation ofthe businessman it is necessary not only allocation of the purposes of activity, but also presence of knowledge, energy and experience for their realization. In work managing directors of enterprise type and difficulty whom they face are defined; the basic psychological requirements shown to businessmen; types ofthe innovative personnel are allocated. The special attention is given to the realization of a problem of the manager connected with involving of the personnel in active creative process and questions of human resource management in the enterprise organizations focused on innovations.
