Summary:This research was carried out to study the effect of personnel evaluation of Hshtrood Health and TreatmentCenter employees on the improvement of  its human asset functioning in 1386.     The research was descriptive-analytical and cross-sectional. To carry out the research,101 subjects were selected from a population of 337 by accidental-group sampling.The data were collected through questionnaires and interviews.In addition to the statistical analysis of the data,the research hypotheses were tested using the single-segment T-test.  The results obtained from the analysis indicate that the evaluation of Hashtrood Health and TreatmentCenter personnel has an effect on the increasing of their technical knowledge,creativity and productivity.It also affects the improvement of  cmmunications and observing the rules.But it doesn’t  affect their participation and jub motivation.
