The findings of the study are: (1) majority of Turkey’s top 500 industrial enterprises implement at least one quality initiative; (2) there are significant associations between implementing quality initiatives and top 500 ranking; (3) and qualityinitiative implementing companies outperform in financial performance compared to non-quality-initiative implementing companies. |
