The author notes the special role of the Audit chamber of the Russian Federation and the institution of the state audit as a whole, which is not only a system of independent feedback, but also the instrument of effective influencing the processes of economic development. Noted that the most important instrument of the correlation of budget spending with its socially-significant result is the efficiency audit. |
