The survey sampled 365 international tourist respondents visiting Danang, Vietnam in March 2019. The results showed that the factors identified positively affect the satisfaction of international visitors in terms of quality. The amount of local cuisine and quality of food and drink, infrastructure, perception of prices, culinary staff, security and safety were all critical factors. Meanwhile, the factors “culinary information" and "Service speed" have not reached the statistical significance that affects the satisfaction of international visitors. From the results of the study, the authors propose some suggestions for fine-tuning some of the quality policies in the near future. https://www.ajhtl.com/uploads/7/1/6/3/7163688/article_37_vol_9_2__2020_vietnam.pdfsatisfactioninternational visitorsculinary qualitydanangvietnam |
