Summary: | Organizations tend towards enterpreneurship in order to increase their functionality by innovative approaches and creating new risky opportunities. The question is how risky opportunities are created and how organizational learning can be used as a process for identifying and actualizing new opportunities. Organizational learning can improve an organization's ability to identify opportunities and helps companies to use these abilities effectively. This study evaluates a new behavioral model called enterpreneurship learning with a new approach called "qualification" in enterpreneurship. Literature reviews on enterpreneurship with this approach show that there are 6 behavioral models for enterpreneurship learning: active search for learning opportunities, selective and goal oriented learning, in-depth learning, improvement, and reflection on experience and transfering previous experiences to the current experience. Experience, skill, knowledge and having relationships related to learning are very important in enterpreneurship learning. Of course, the needs of a qualified enterpreneur is considered as a system of behavioral models in learning. Like other models, these models are transferrable through education. Considering the importance of enterpreneurship in the development of societies and the imporatance of improving enterpreneurship skills, this study aims to assess enterpreneurship learning based on the "qualification" approach, in order to compare enterpreneurship learning models for development. |
