Paired-samples t-test analyseson teachers’ performancewere carried out at .05 level of confidence, between years. Although teachers’ performance wasin the range of excellencewith the mean score beyond 90 in year 2015, yet there weresignificant declinewithinthe dimensions of delivery methods, enhancement of mastery learning among students, communication skills, resource application, assessmentconducted, questioning skills and overall performance. With the initiatives taken by the school’s administrators through continuousteachers’ education processand renewal practicesin school, bymid-yearof 2016, teachers startedshowing improvements with significant results in their communication skills, initiative in applying various resources duringT&L processesin the classroom,assessmentconducted, questioning skills, classroom management skills and overall performancehttps://ejournal.upsi.edu.my/index.php/JRPPTTE/article/view/224/164 |
