Development of theory of spectra and its adaptation to the tasks of analysis of transient emergency regimes for electric traction systems

In the article the notion of current and instantaneous spectrum is introduced for the analysis of the deterministic functions of electric values of the system of DC electric traction supply in the case of its emergency operation regimes.
