It is based on a philosophic conception of the “human condition” and is guided by the notions of empowerment and recognition as tools suitable for the pacific transformation of conflicts. It maintains that one cannot separate policies of recognition, more closely linked to identity and culture, from policies of justice, more attent to the pacific transformation of human inequalities, poverty, indigence, marginalization and exclusion.
