In this regard, the example of Nisporeni is quite suggestive. Here it has been introduced the language of the majority of the Romanian population in administration, schools, churches, etc. There have been repaired the schools and churches buildings, which had not been renovated throughout the First World War. New educational institutions have been founded. New buildings for schools have been erected. It has been introduced the compulsory primary education, being explained to parents that it was imperative that their children regularly attend the school, in order to obtain good knowledge, which in the future would be useful for them. The schools have been equipped with inventory, teaching personnel, books, notebooks, etc. Over ten years, which had passed from the Great Union, the cultural and spiritual life from Nisporeni and other cities of Bessarabia went into normality, the representatives of each ethnicities being able to develop in natural national conditions without being corseted by rigid policies of imperial origins.http://akademos.asm.md/files/Nisporenii%20anilor%201918-1929.pdfeducationculturenational housevillagepatriotic education
