Summary: | The projects agricultural co financed by the partners to the development of the RDC permitted to improve the income of households of Territory of Isangi of 22.9%, but this improvement has impacted very weakly the socioeconomic and human conditions of households. The analysis of results showed that there is not any meaningful difference between the beneficiary households and no beneficiary of projects in term of the level of sanitary poverty, school poverty, HDI and food poverty while one observes meaningful difference for the case of monetary poverty, in terms of access to the drinking water, in terms of heritage and nutritional poverty in terms of underweight of the children of 6 to 59 months. The underweight of the children of 6 to 59 months is the key indicators, tangible, intrinsic and simple of appreciation of the impact of agricultural projects on the extreme poverty of households because the nutritional poverty that we call" nutro-poverty" is really the tangible and intrinsic expression of the persistence and the durability of the household poverty in farming environment. The determining trajectory of the impact of agricultural projects in the Territory of Isangi passes by the food consumption of household that represents 65.7% of the production agricultural, main source of income.
