By virtue of the fact that such phenomenon is understood as a complex and multiderminated construct, we will approach the different theoretical schools which have tried to explain it. Also, it is attempted to answer the question about the possibility to evaluate the mentioned construct. To answer this interrogation we will present the different methodologies employed in scientific research and their possible advantages and limitations of their application to the leadership’s evaluation. </span></p></div></div></div>
