The study is based on experienced research of the hardening in a fluidized bed and applied to samples of Ti6A14 in laboratory conditions. The carbonitriding has been accomplished on an exterior electric heating reactor. It has been examined the influence of the heat and the duration of the thermochemical treatment out of economy interests, the flow has been made with a mix of CH4 and NH3 (5% concentration).
