When prescribing antibacterial therapy for patients with acute and chronic rhinosinusitis, an otorhinolaryngologist should be sure that the drug has a rapid bactericidal effect, the spectrum of its activity includes most of the possible pathogens, and pharmacodynamics of the drug contribute to its accumulation in the focus of the pathological process. |
