Although the public interest and third parties’ rights are the most popular exceptions limiting confidentiality, their force could be harnessed by the rule of law.Conclusion: In infertility treatment as a branch of medical treatments, the principle of confidentiality applies to almost all relationships between treatment providers, donors and treatment receivers.
