| Summary: | The paper presents the clinical and functional assessment of 97 patients with diseases of the hip. The criteria of severity of psychosocial maladjustment in this pathology were developed. Results: the greatest number of patients (75,6%) represented the age group of 55 to 65 years, a high percentage (67,5%) were women. Diagnosed with a high proportion of somatic diseases (4,3 per patient), and pathology of the skeletal system 94,7% (osteoporosis). The expediency of the use of severity psychosocial maladjustment in the preparation of rehabilitation programs in the postoperative period were determined to accelerate the reintegration and quality of life of patients. |
