Methodologically, data extracted from the Annual Social Information Index (RAIS) of the Ministry of Labor and of Employment (MTE). The results showed that male and female turnover is high in all microregions of Paraná and that formal employment in agriculture is falling throughout the period. In relation to the net job creation, men showed that in the agricultural sector only 8 microregions of the state of Paraná had employment growth above 3%. In the case of women, in the period 2008 to 2016, the microregions that had the greatest growth in female employment occurred in the Paraná’ Center-South, West, Southeast, Northwestern. Thus, there is concern about the permanence of rural workers in the countryside.http://www.uel.br/revistas/uel/index.php/ecoreg/article/view/36381/26389rotativityagriculture; employment and genderparaná
