Dertig swart en dertig wit middelbestuurders van groot maatskappye het die vraelyste voltooi wat die volgende geevalueer het: werkbevrediging, verbintenis tot die organisasie, werkwaardes en voomeme om die maatskappy te verlaat.https://sajip.co.za/index.php/sajip/article/view/784
