Summary:The article presents a modern vision of the lectrocardiographic features in persons involved in sports. The report addresses the most common changes on ECG in athletes, namely extrasystole, early repolarization syndrome, incomplete right bundle branch block, changes in the terminal part of the ventricular complex, juvenile changes of T-wave. The review presents our own results of ECG test in athletes of various groups of sports and athletes of certain sports with different sports qualification.
