In this study, 21 ostarine derivatives for replacing the CF<sub>3</sub> group with SF<sub>5</sub> substituents were synthesized. Some SF<sub>5</sub>-derivatives showed androgen receptor (AR) agonistic activities<i> </i>in vitro.
