Summary:The aim of this article results of research is to analyze the competitive profile of BPO Bogota, evaluated through the model Indicators for Sustainable Management and associativity - MIGSA - and using the Principal Component Analysis (PCA), to distribute the variables studied in a small number of groups, in order to account for aspects that summarize the variability in the management of enterprises. The study allowed two axes: the first related aspects internal to the enterprise sustainability and the second set elements external sustainability, the two generate four different profiles of competitiveness, which enable organizations, and to establish your location, generation strategic plans that favor its position in the market.
