Carcinoma in situ was detected in 19 (25 %), T1a in 27 (35 %), T1b in 24 (31 %), T2 in 6 (8 %) patients. As result of the planned histological examination, in all cases surgical procedures had microscopically radical character. Endolaryngeal CO2 -laser resections allow to perform enough large radical surgical interventions with satisfactory functional and cosmetic results, without compromising long-term outcomes.https://ogsh.abvpress.ru/jour/article/view/220squamous cell carcinomalarynxco2–laser
