Description
Summary:The article is a tribute to Jacques Wallet. It focuses on RESAFAD and IFADEM, two types of distance training program in sub-Saharan Africa of which he was one of the instigators and heralds. We question what the appropriation of technologies covers within the RESAFAD project from the HDR (habilitation thesis to supervise research) oft Jacques Wallet (2001) then we analyze the place of technologies, from the literature about IFADEM. The conclusion allows us to question the support in distance training based on what Jacques Wallet said during the FORSE conference in Rouen in France (2014).
