LA ORGANIZACIÓN DE LOS RECURSOS HUMANOS DE LA ACTIVIDAD FÍSICA Y DEPORTE DESDE LA PERPECTIVA DE SUS FUNCIONES LABORALES

<p> </p><p> </p> <p class="titulo1" align="center"><strong>RESUMEN</strong></p> <p class="resumenyabstract" align="justify">En este estudio se describe la estructura funcional de los recursos humanos de la actividad física y deporte en la Comunidad Valenciana. En primer lugar, se determinan las funciones actuales y realizadas en su vida laboral; después su realización por épocas temporales, provincias y estratos de población, el nivel de plurifuncionalidad y las preferencias; posteriormente la consideración de temporalidad y la estructura funcional de cada entidad; y se finaliza con la formación inicial en cada función. La metodología utilizada es cuantitativa de corte descriptivo mediante encuesta, a través de una entrevista individual estandarizada por medio de cuestionario realizada a 600 personas que trabajaban en funciones de actividad física y deporte. Los resultados determinan que se desarrollan todas las funciones, siendo las principales las de impartir docencia de actividad física y deporte y cuidar y mantener la forma física para grupos. También existe una elevada plurifuncionalidad y la consideración de temporalidad en algunas funciones, así como una estructura funcional de las distintas entidades muy diversificada. Además, en la inmensa mayoría de las funciones son mayoritarias las personas sin titulación de actividad física y deporte y en todas las funciones trabajan todos los tipos de titulados de actividad física y deporte.<br /><strong>Palabras Clave:</strong> Función, recursos humanos, deporte, empleo, profesionales.</p> <p class="tabulado" align="justify"> </p> <p class="titulo1" align="center"><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p> <p class="resumenyabstract" align="justify">In this study there is described the functional structure of the human resources of the physical activity and sport in the Valencian Community. First, there decide the functions current and realized in his  labour life; later his accomplishment in temporary epochs, provinces and strata of population, the level of plurifuncionalidad and the preferences; later the consideration of temporality and the functional structure of every entity; and it concludes with the initial formation in every function. The used methodology is quantitative of descriptive cut by means of survey, across an individual interview standardized by means of questionnaire realized to 600 persons who were employed at functions of physical activity and deport.The results determine that all the functions develop being the principal ones to give teaching of physical activity and deport and to be careful and to support the physical form for groups. Also a high plurifuncionalidad exists, the consideration of temporality in some functions and the functional structure of the different entities this one very diversified. In addition, in the immense majority of the functions the persons are majority without qualifications of physical activity and sport and at all the functions there are employed all the types of graduates of physical activity and sport.<br /><strong>Key Words:  </strong>Function, human resources, sport, employment, professionals.</p>
