| Summary: | <p><em>The problem of diseases of mucous membrane of oral cavity is one of the main ones in dentistry. Special attention in this problem should be given to the acute herpetic stomatitis. 80% of all cases of mucous membrane of oral cavity in children are herpetic stomatitis. Local immunity in children with acute stomatitis is closely related to the character of course of pathology. An administration of immunomodulatory treatment is pathogenetically grounded.
