Summary:Usually, youngsters who leave school for one cause or another develop behavioural problems expressed in social and family conflicts. Once they reenrol themselves in adult’s continuing education institutions these disorders are clearly reveal at the educational institution. Several research methods and techniques were used to determine the theoretical framework of reference based on the theory and practice of Social Group Work in institutions, the characterization of the centre "Salvador Garcia Agüero" of Education for Young People and Adults and the characteristics of the young people who attend this educational institution. The proposal emphasizes the care of those young students, from group approach by the importance of individual interaction and the influence of the group in achieving a common goal. The proposal aims to the training of managers and teachers, all with the assistance of the social workers of the Coordination Group for Social Work of the People's Council Centre, where is located the educational institution.
