Of the malignant lesions metastatic heart tumors are more common although these have received little clinical attention. The right side of the heart is more commonly involved while the pericardium and/or myocardium more frequently involved than the endocardium. We present a case of metastatic osteosarcoma into the endocardium of the left atrium. |
