The phenomenon of mobility is particularly important for all countries of the world because it influences both the country of origin and the country of destination. The motivations of an individual to leave his/her country of origin are varied: economic, political, social, cultural or ethnic. But there are also a number of pull factors that can influence migrants in making the decision to leave their country of origin, these influencing factors can be: security and safety, the right to benefit from laws and freedom, improving their lifequality, personal development. The factor that weighs the most in making the decision to migrate is the economic one. A determining factor of this processis represented by the wage differences between two geographical regions, namely the country of origin and the country of destination of the migrant. The migrant will analyze all the opportunities and will choose the one that will maximize its utility and will satisfy his/her needs. The drive toincrease their incomeis the main reason why migrants choose to leave their country of origin permanently or temporarily.http://feaa.ucv.ro/annals/v2_2020/014.pdfmigrationinfluencing factorslife qualitymotivationwage differences
