Description
Summary:The Republic of Azerbaijan is a prosperous and prosperous country day after day. In this regard, the importance of the projects implemented in the country and the importance of state programs continue to grow. The most important point is that oil revenues are now more split into social spheres, and oil capital turns into human capital. The present international situation of Azerbaijan makes it possible to give preference to any polemic or direction in the field of foreign policy and condition the choice of a balancing and balancing political course. From this point of view, Azerbaijan is one of the most crucial states in the Caucasus and in the Caspian region as a whole The oil policy of the Republic of Azerbaijan is considered one of the priority directions that form both the internal and external potential of the country. One of the main directions of Heydar Aliyev’s oil strategy was the transportation of the Azerbaijani oil to the world market. For long-term protection of Azerbaijan’s interests in this area, development of large-scale international economic cooperation, implementation of the project of the main export pipeline of strategic importance Baku-Tbilisi-Jeyhan, a lot of work was done and successful negotiations were conducted. Realizing the tasks set, Azerbaijan, on the one hand, determines its model of political and economic development, and on the other hand, in order to protect its national interests, following the adopted international norms and rules, establishes political economic and cultural ties with other states. And this is quite natural, because the satisfaction of the internal, economic, political and spiritual needs of any country requires that it establish and develop mutually beneficial cooperation ties, pursue a foreign policy that meets national interests.
