Organizational climate is reflected beliefs that employees make of the organization. The purpose of this study is to examine cross- sectional of organizational climate in steel industry>. The sample includes technical specialist, nontechnical specialist, technician and administrative people. The data collected through climate instruments is subjected. The instrument organizational climate is Litwin & Stringer questionnaire. The overall finding of this study is that agreemen people on organizational climate different. Technical specialist agreemen more than other people. The most dispersal opinion is nontechnical specialist.
