| Summary: | In this paperwork we studied the influence of the selenium co-ordinating preparation on the content of free amino acids in the seminal plasma of the cocks’ sperm. Analysis of the material was performed by liquid chromatography method. Taking into consideration that selenium is essential for the organisms reproduction, this one is necessary for the formation and development of healthy sperm. The obtained results also show the effectiveness of coordination compounds on the semen by improving the content of amino acids in seminal plasma. |
