It proposes an economic-mathematical dynamic model, describes an advanced complex of forward and backward linkages between national economy and its managerial system. This approach allows predicting and implementing development vector of a system more accuracy on the way to achieving its strategic goals. The authors’ approach was tested on the base of the social and economic system of the Perm Region. |
