Sore throat is the main manifestation of ATP. This is the most common reason for seeking outpatient medical care or self-medication. The widespread, unreasonable use of antibiotics for the therapy of sore throat, as the main component in the treatment of ATP without taking into account the presence of group A beta-hemolytic streptococcus, leads to an increase in the number of frequently ill children and dysbiosis of the mucous membranes.
