| Summary: | This study has been established through named Index of Qutadgu Bilig master thesis
that hasn’t published yet. (Ö. Eker, Index of Kutadgu Bilig, Nigde University, Social Sciences
Institute, Nigde, 2015, Unpublished Master Thesis). While working, ıt has been benefited from
1993 year’s printing of Culture Administration Publications of Qutadgu Bilig Cairo Manuscript
and later 2015 year’s of Turkish Language Association Prestige Printing Qutadgu Bilig. In thıs
our study of analytical ındex, has been remained faithful and devoted to Arat publication every
time. In ınvestigation part, it has been made phonetic reading different from Arat. It has been
given place to this different readings in constituted work of ındex. As Cairo Manuscript is
transmitted different time from other manuscripts, ıt has demosntrate some phonetic distinction.
Possession writings-orthography feature has been pointed out with examination. Some words,
that not existed ındex which published from then died of Arat, is has been identified and
written. It has been given example, that not given information footnote for C Manuscript. It has
been referred to two or three usages which existing text. It has been mentioned phonetic events
too much seen in text.
