The activity that was examined in the current research lasted 4 hours in total, of which 1 hour was theoretical, 1 hour was practice, and 2 hours were the fieldwork activities. The participants of the project were 22 students studying in the 9th grade of the public schools in Karaman, Turkey. As part of the “Enlighten Roman Tombs with Periscope” activity, the participating students explored an artificial tomb that was unearthed through the excavations.
