Description
Summary:At present, university-company relations demonstrate the common interest towards the formation of joint activities for training, research and development. Various activities carried out demonstrate this interest with its greatest exponent in the University-Business (EU) academic and business meetings in various conference spaces such as the International Telematics and Telecommunications Congress (CITTEL) and workshops organized by the Informatics Business Group and the Communications (GEIC). In these relationships, the integration of specialists from the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) sector in the training of engineers in higher education has been achieved. In addition, the need to organize a flow for the organization of joint EU research activities that supports the development of value-added ICT products has been evidenced. This, conceived from previous experiences, and applied in the space of two years between the Faculty of Telecommunications and Electronics of the Technological University of Havana José Antonio Echeverría (CUJAE) and the Cuban ICT business sector, already shows its first results. These experiences are not exempt from non-antagonistic contradictions, which manifested in the social conscience, can interpose barriers as they are not interpreted towards new transformations in EU relations. This paper describes the proposal of organizational flow for R & D & I in the EU interaction applied, and addresses the description of contradictions from a dialectical point of view. The analysis made from the experiences obtained, can be useful to face transformations that lead to the evolution of new EU interaction policies on bases adjusted to objective conditions.
