Summary:Social policy manages to revalue certain actors in certain socio-historical contexts. In Argentina, during the Alianza Cambiemos, the role of local governments in the implementation of national social programs has been displaced, and that of civil society organizations has been strengthened. In this framework, we analyze the local implementation regime of AT - PRIST from the Asociación Civil Identidad Vecinal. In this sense, we provide a contribution to the studies of the implementation of programs at the local level from social organizations and we construct analytical categories
