| Summary: | The article offers principles of formation of conditions of stable development of the industry that correspond with the modern stage of development of the economy, which are driving forces of its development. The article refers the following to the principles of stable development of the industry: structural principle – for execution of interdependent quantitative and qualitative transformations; principle of interconnection of productive forces and production relations – as the basis of selection of useful results of labour functioning; innovation principle – as a source of self-development of the industry; ecological principle – for preservation of environment and resources; and principle of security of development – for counteracting the influence of external and internal environment. Principles of formation of conditions of stable development of the industry are a reference point, which should be used by state bodies of administration and managers of companies, and managerial specialists when developing strategies of development of both the whole industrial complex and individual companies. This would allow better study of the foundations of stable development and development of recommendations with respect to perfection of the process of development and reduction of risks of lost profit.<br>В статье предложены принципы формирования условий устойчивого развития промышленности, соответствующих современному этапу развития экономики, которые являются движущими силами её развития. К принципам устойчивого развития промышленности отнесены: принцип структурности – для осуществления взаимозависимых количественных и качественных преобразований; принцип взаимосвязи продуктивных сил и производственных отношений – как основа отбора полезных результатов функционирования труда; принцип инновационности – как источник саморазвития промышленности; принцип экологичности – для сохранности окружающей среды и ресурсной базы; принцип безопасности развития – для противодействия влияния внешней и внутренней среды. Принципы формирования условий устойчивого развития промышленности являются ориентиром, которым должны руководствоваться государственные органы управления и руководители предприятий, специалисты-управленцы при разработке стратегий развития как всего промышленного комплекса, так и отдельных предприятий. Это позволит наиболее полно изучить основы устойчивого развития и предоставить рекомендации относительно усовершенствования процесса развития, снизить риски упущенных выгод.
