Summary: | One reason to resort to orthodontic care and cosmetic defect complaint is the eruption of permanent canines, at least -the absence of permanent teeth in the arc after the end of their eruption. A common approach for the treatment of patients with erupted outside the arch permanent teeth involves their orthodontic movement in an arch. Place for canines is obtained by increasing the size of the dental arch or deleting the first premolars. Impacted teeth pulled using not removable orthodontic appliances and traction attached to orthodontic button fixed to the naked surgically most accessible surface of the crown. The authors conducted analysis of complex rehabilitation of 19 children who have applied to the orthodontist at the age of 9-11 years. The possibility of preventing abnormal eruption of permanent canines and premolars, as well as high efficiency of the developed programs for the conservation of teeth for each patient, patient monitoring during the mixed dentition and improved removable orthodontic appliances. The program for the treatment of patients appropriate applied during the change dentition. This treatment technique creates all the conditions for the formation of physiological occlusion with minor deviations from the norm of dental system and significantly reduce the need for expensive equipment during the permanent dentition. |
