In that period, a group of technicians of the Ministry of Education resigned since they were discontent with the results of the pressure of the churches to the Menen’s government. The hard negotiation process which intended to select the school contents with the participations of the civil society was abruptly affected by the pressure of the ecclesiastic authorities. Depart from that, some contents such as Darwin ’s theory of evolution, the concept of gender and other, were eliminated of the official curriculum.
