Secondly, under the evaluation system, different evaluation indexes are analyzed and the whitening weight functions corresponding to those indexes are constructed. Next, with the weight of index taken into account, a grey clustering evaluation model of sunshine sports for colleges and universities is taken shape and the overall sunshine sports capacity of colleges and universities are obtained based on weighted grey clustering coefficients. Results show that the model is reliable and can be applied to various cases.
