The author concludes that the study of information ecological as the provision of institutional equilibrium conditions of the production and replication / retransmission logically leads to the formulation of the concept of information equilibrium as the basic factor of information security and environmental information. Тhe role of «primary» and «secondary» information (from semantics and replicators / repeaters) in shaping and maintaining information ecological compatibility by setting up appropriate cultural mechanisms is unequal. Primary information coincides with the value knowledge that corresponds to the formation of higher cultural registers and depends on the level of the group consciousness of the smith-producing elites, in particular - representatives of the priesthood and the higher intelligentsia, which forms the group environment of the universities. Consequently, the leading (leadership) role in providing information environmental awareness belongs to the priesthood / church and intellectuals / institutions of higher education. Secondary information revolves around secondary education and the media. It is adapted for mass consumption and social perception, since it must be consistent with both value and theoretical knowledge. Secondary information is the basis of any educational process in the secondary education and medioproducts segment. However, its surplus may violate environmental information, subject to substitution of original value sources that are authorized in the cultural system, unauthorized value byproducts of imported origin. Information security, therefore, is defined as the capacity of social groups and institutions (meaning entrepreneurs and smyselereplicators) who carry out valuable censorship in the cultural system, to balance the circular in the society with secondary information (fragmented knowledge) and value knowledge that forms a single, coherent, consistent picture cultural and social order. The most important conclusion of this article can be considered the position on the need to determine the relationship between different types of information in the cultural system and information space of society, the implementation of measures aimed at creating an optimal information situation. This optimal informational situation can be defined as a state of information ecological in the cultural system, when the credibility of value knowledge (its sub-producers and social institutions) is supported by the correspondence of secondary information to this knowledge.https://grani.org.ua/index.php/journal/article/view/1213securityinformation ecologysensproducersmediaproducers |

The article is devoted to the problem of determining the basic conditions of information ecological as a condition of the function of cultural and social order.
This optimal informational situation can be defined as a state of information ecological in the cultural system, when the credibility of value knowledge (its sub-producers and social institutions) is supported by the correspondence of secondary information to this knowledge. |
