Summary: | This work presents a space modeling concept inside buildings, with space structuring and modulation, for obtaining energetic efficiency in obtaining thermal comfort. Building the practical, experimental frame for the substantiation of the concept took place through measurements taken inside a building in Timişoara, Romania, during the cold season. The concept includes the perception element of thermal local comfort, integrated in the system, with manipulation of the airflow, in the volumetric unit of the inner space. Another component of the concept is represented by the recirculation of resources, penetration and furnishing within the air layers, with temperatures favorable for obtaining thermal comfort inside the building. The existence of temperature differences between the air layers of the interior space can represent, if properly used, a major input in the perception of thermal comfort. In the meanwhile the proposition is that of using together in a system of the thermal impulse method applied to the temperature of the interior space that should include the duration of the thermal comfort perception inertia, with decreasing of the temperature of the interior space under the temperatures defining the thermal comfort area. To these elements we also have to add the tolerated period, with temperatures below thermal comfort interval, placed between the thermal impulses applied for the interior, attached to the thermal inertia periods in the area of thermal comfort, and assimilation of the tolerated period to the thermal comfort area. The concept of structuring and modulating the volume of the interior space in the perception of thermal comfort, also integrates elements of subjective perception in the system. |
