For this, it analyses the interactions between Turkey and the European Unionthrough strategic decision-making and system-modelling concepts. It carries out “What if...” analyses, and it considers the world system from a dynamic perspective in time and space. The economic, political, scientific, technological and cultural infrastructures of the future are the object of a rigorous simulation, with the aim of creating solid strategies. The welfare of the societies of the future depends on the understanding and strategic skills of today’s decision-makers. |
